The Welcome Dinner includes hosting services, furniture, elegant white tableware, classic glassware, personalized stationery (names and menu), a family-style dinner, beverages (including a three-hour open bar), service and cleaning staff, big screen projection, guest transportation, and the planner's fee. Not Included in Welcome Dinner; Please note that live music and champagne are not included.
Included in Beach Picnic Party
Your beach picnic party includes a dedicated host, a local DJ, three hours of professional photography, access to the beach, and a sound system for the DJ. Enjoy stylish furniture, tableware, and classic glassware, along with a delicious Mexican buffet and a selection of beverages. Our service and cleaning staff will ensure everything runs smoothly. Not Included in Beach Picnic Party; Please note that musicians and artistic installations are not included.
Included in Ceremony
The ceremony includes a local photographer for preparations and the ceremony itself, a spiritual guide (English) or priest (Spanish), floral decorations for the aisle and altar, furniture, sound system, open bar and planner's fee. Not Included in Ceremony; Please note that makeup artistry, musicians, musicians' expenses, and fans or umbrellas are not included.
Included in Reception and Party
The reception and party include a local photographer for five hours, hosting services, a local DJ for the start of the event and another DJ for the main party (subject to availability), special tableware, a three-course family-style dinner, personalized stationery (names and menu), an open bar from 6 PM to 1 AM, service and cleaning staff, furniture, table linens, floral decorations, a dance floor, general lighting (including table lighting, sea views, green areas, palm trees, and the dance floor), and 800 candles in bags along the beach. Not Included in Reception and Party; Please note that champagne and live music are not included.
